Due to Colombia's varieties of terrains and microclimates, some part of the country is producing coffee at every time of the year.  The largest and highest quality beans are selected from the 22 coffee growing regions to create Colombian Supremo.  The washed milling process used attributes to the bean's natural brightness and juiciness.  The most recognizable origin.
